Just a quick note for you today.  I do not know what your week has been like.  I do not know what has gotten you down or caused your heart to struggle.  But I know who is the One who can help.

Psalm 121:1-2 says, I life up my eyes to the mountains-where does my help come from?  My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”

Just take a moment the next time you are outside.  Look around.  God made this.  He made it all…by just speaking the words.  So I know you have trouble.  I know you have stuff that gets you down, but God has got you.  he won’t pull you out of your circumstances, but even better He promises to be with you in your circumstances.

He is your help today.  TRUST Him.
